Success Stories
Hey Anthony, Thanks for taking the time to not only view my videos but also give me the constructive criticism I needed in order to be successful. I've enjoyed the opportunity to joing the AOS team and family; I wouldn't have it any other way. I love this stuff and believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience. Man, you've been great as well as your team and look forward to what the future may hold. Next up...take the South by storm. Take care, be blessed, and look forward to talking with you more and spending more time under your guidance for what truly is the greatest method of training around. Justin T. My name is Jason Novak and I am the owner
of Punch Kettlebell Gym Nashville. In going through the process of
starting a gym from the ground up, I have found myself encountering
many situations that I was not prepared for and did not have the
knowledge to handle myself. This is where I found Scott Watson to be
of tremendous help to me. Scott was extremely patient in answering my
questions from anything involving site selection for my new gym to
lease negotiations. Additionally, he was a tremendous resource to
bounce ideas off of and get an opinion from somebody that has been in
the business for such a long time. There is something to be said for
being advised by a person who has been where you are and done it
successfully. I take great comfort in knowing that Scott's advice is
the right way for me to go with my business.
From the beginning, I found Scott to be extremely approachable and
never too busy to help me out, even through he has a lot more on his
plate than just Punch Nashville. If ever I leave a message for him with
a question, he is always very prompt in returning my calls, and
actually calls me on accasion to see how things are coming along and if
I need anything. He has tought me a lot about the business side of
fitness and I am extremely grateful. He has kept me from making
decisions based on emotion and acted as my representative in certain
instances during negotiating with landlords. This process is already
hard enough when you know what you're doing. When you don't know what
you're doing, as in my case, it pays greatly to have Scott on your
side, looking out for the best interests of you and your business. I
would recommend Scott and his expertise to anyone considering opening a
fitness business. His knowledge and professionalism are unmatched and
quite frankly, necessary if you want to do this the right way! Good
Luck!
Sincerely,
Jason Novak, owner

Oakland Raiders find true strength with AOS for the 2009 season
"I am an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Oakland Raiders. I was first introduced to Anthony DiLuglio and the Ropes Gone Wild Program at the Perform Better Functional Training Summit in Long Beach, CA. Upon returning to Oakland, I received the ropes and the accompanying DVD in the mail and began using them. What I love about the ropes is how they force you to engage your core, and also how it provides excellent total body conditioning. The first group I introduced the ropes to was our kickers. I felt it was a good way to add variety to their workouts and to challenge their core strength and endurance in a new way. We have now integrated Ropes Gone Wild into the in-season workouts for the entire team, and have had positive feedback from everyone who uses them. The players have taken to them well and many have commented on how just a 20 or 30 second burst on the ropes can work them that hard and make their heart rates rise so rapidly. An added benefit of the ropes for us has been their use with our Injured Reserve players. Since we can perform all of the standing rope patterns in a seated position, this gives us a way to aid in reconditioning our athletes in addition to the rehab that they are involved in. I would definitely recommend using Ropes Gone Wild as a part of your strength and conditioning arsenal to achieve better core strength and total body conditioning."
